Ever feel like your life is one big running exercise? You try to hurry, you do, but you feet feel like they are in cased in mud or cement? Do you feel like your world is spinning out of control? Do you feel like you’re on one of those old-fashioned hand-operated spinning wheels, and someone keeps make it go,go,go?
Why not make that spinning feeling work for you?
No, I’m not talking about taking a spinning class, although they are great exercise, and a way to interact with others.
Except, that is a lot of work, I’m talking about pure enjoyment here.
Like spinning around and around until you were so dizzy you didn’t know down from up?
Today is Top Spinning Day, why not go outside, or in a spacious room and spin your body like a top?
The ensuing laughter will brighten the rest of your day.
If you’re leery about falling after spinning, and sometimes getting back up is often real interesting. Try spinning in an office chair. Isn’t that their purpose, to entertain us while we’re working?
Babies do it,
office workers do it (when the boss is out of the office) and make it a contest,
You can do it too.
