Manners Matter

Please and thank you, sir and ma’am, holding a door open for someone, being on time, keeping our word, treating others with respect and politeness, using our good manners, is something most of us were taught when we were young, and it has carried over into adult-hood.

Unfortunately our good manners often ends at our front door. It doesn’t extend to us. We often give mental eye rolls at our ideas or plans, we are disrespectful to ourselves, we don’t treat ourselves with basic good manners.

The why requires a much longer blog post, and I promised myself to keep these last few post short. So as a simple reminder, you are important, you are worth the time and energy of experiencing good manners. By the way, it’s easier to be polite than not.
